Please read this agreement carefully before submitting your registration.
A one-time registration fee of PKR 200 is required to complete your application. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if your application is rejected, if you are not matched with a student, or if you choose to withdraw your application after submission.
Tutor Nexus does not guarantee that you will be matched with a student. Matches are made based on student requirements, location, subject needs, and availability at the time a request comes in. You will only be contacted when a suitable opportunity arises. The absence of contact does not indicate rejection of your application.
All information provided during registration — including your qualifications, experience, subjects, preferred areas, and identity documents — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate cancellation of your registration without refund of the registration fee. Tutor Nexus reserves the right to verify any information you provide.
Your CNIC document will be reviewed as part of the verification process. Your registration will not be marked active until this verification is complete. Submission of someone else's CNIC or a forged document will result in permanent disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Once matched with a student, you are expected to conduct yourself professionally. This includes arriving on time, completing the agreed demo class, maintaining respectful communication with the family, and honoring the agreed tuition schedule. Complaints from parents regarding conduct may result in removal from the network.
Tuition fees are agreed between you and the family through Tutor Nexus. A service margin is retained by Tutor Nexus from the total fee as agreed at the time of matching. You may not independently renegotiate the fee directly with the family to bypass this arrangement. Doing so is grounds for removal from the network.
If you are unable to continue a tuition after it has started, you must inform Tutor Nexus immediately. Any payout adjustment for partial months will be calculated per our standard policy. Abandoning a tuition without notice may affect your standing in the network.
Your personal information, including your CNIC and contact details, will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of matching you with students and administering your account. Your contact details will not be shared publicly. Parent contact details provided to you during a match must not be used for any purpose outside of that tuition arrangement.
Tutor Nexus reserves the right to remove any tutor from the network at its discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct, dishonesty, repeated complaints, or violation of any term in this agreement.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled through mutual discussion in the first instance.
By checking the agreement box and submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms.
